For safety reasons, we kindly request that guests adhere to luggage and passenger capacity limits. If you are traveling with substantial luggage, equipment, or additional guests and are uncertain about capacity, please feel free to contact us. As a general guideline, our vehicles can accommodate up to two large suitcases (approximately 28-32 inches in height, including the main compartment but excluding handles or wheels) and two small suitcases (measuring 55x35x20cm).
Please note that Cape Prestige Transfers cannot be held responsible for any personal items left behind. We recommend ensuring you have all your belongings before disembarking the vehicle.

Cancellation Policy
At Cape Prestige Transfers, we strive to provide the highest level of service to our clients. We understand that plans can change, and we aim to accommodate your needs as best as possible. To ensure a smooth and efficient process, please review our cancellation policy below:
Cancellation Notice:
- All cancellations must be communicated via email to info@capeprestigetransfers.com at least 24 hours before the scheduled flight departure time.
Refund Eligibility:
- Cancellations made with at least 24 hours’ notice will be eligible for a full refund.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled flight departure time will not be eligible for a refund.
No-Show Policy:
- If the passenger does not show up at the agreed pick-up location without prior cancellation, the booking will be considered a no-show, and no refund will be issued.
Changes to Booking:
- Any changes to the booking must also be communicated via email at least 24 hours before the scheduled flight departure time. We will do our best to accommodate your new requirements, subject to availability.
